Returns must be made within 14 days
after recieving the goods.
If you would like to return goods follow the instructions below ;-
If you have an account
- Login to your account.
- Select View Previous Orders.
- Click the required order.
- Click request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at the bottom.
Once processed by our returns team, you will be emailed with the RMA.
If you do not have an account
Contact Ryoku via an email to
sales@ryoku.co.uk.
When contacting Ryoku please state your order number, reason for return and whether an exchange or refund is requested.
Use your order number as your return number below.
Returning You Product
Please return in original polythene packing and quote your
return number on the parcel. Please retain a receipt from the post office as proof of
posting. Once we receive the goods you will be refunded
in full for the goods or an exchange dispatched.
When sending goods back please write clearly your return number
on the package and take care when packing the order since we cannot
accept liability for delivery damage to your order. Please inform
us when your order has been sent.
